Hello! My names Aleah and I’m the founder and owner of bite me! I’m based in Alloa, Clackmannanshire, Scotland. 

Finally thought I’d give you all a wee bit of insight about who I am and what made me start this! 

So….. I haven’t baked seriously my whole life! Because I got brought up around the most amazing gran the world could offer! She loves to be in the kitchen and I’d often watch her make scones, pancakes and other baked goods! Life with such a legend made it so easy to not have to make anything myself but I often found I’d want to make her recipes on my own! This is what sparked my cooking / baking interests! 

So I’m totally self taught (apart from my lovely wee grans tips and tricks) and learnt everything in my own kitchen, I started with some cinnamon buns and then the odd pizza dough and pasta dough for a savoury choice (can’t always eat sweet treats unfortunately) then eventually onto cupcakes and cakes!
